We manufactured a large quantity of vacuum formed plastic drawer organizers for a longtime customer. These plastic parts were vacuum formed from a white Styrene plastic that provides a safe and durable finished product. These plastic drawer organizers were used to organize silverware, cooking utensils and other household items in custom crafted cabinetry.  Our customer’s needs required us to vacuum form a variety of different plastic drawer organizers in varying quantities.  By collaborating with them to produce the highest yield of parts from each plastic sheet we formed, we were able to save the customer money and increase raw material efficiency.
