Custom Thermoformed Plastic Parts

Custom thermoforming (aka vacuum forming) of thermoplastic parts has been a major focus of Arrowhead’s business for over 45 years. This experience and the knowledge gained from it has allowed Arrowhead’s Sales and Engineering personnel to help our customers in a wide variety of industries select the most appropriate thermoformable plastic materials and manufacturing processes to meet their unique product requirements.

Although we do not currently offer injection molding of plastic parts, our customers find that our thermoforming/vacuum forming materials and processes meet their specifications very well and do so at a fraction of the tooling cost.  Below are some examples of the types of molded parts that Arrowhead has produced in the past utilizing the thermoforming process.
