Arrowhead’s thermoforming capabilities allow us to manufacture (and in many cases design) plastic dunnage for a wide variety of different industries.  This particular product is a thermoformed dunnage tub made from High Density Polyethylene (HDPE).  It can be used to hold a variety of different items and is available for bulk purchase.

For those looking for a more custom tailored solution, we also offer the ability to make form fitting dunnage trays and nests.  We can design something for you based on a physical part you send in or from a CAD model you email to us.  Precision plastic dunnage with form fitting geometry ensures your parts don’t shift while in transit and precision plastic holding nests allow you to stay in control of how your product is oriented as it comes down the assembly line or is moved around on your shop floor.  Please click here for an example of this type of product.
